The premier episode of season 5 of Koffee with Karan saw Shah Rukh Khan and Alia Bhatt sharing the couch. During the infamous rapid fire round when Shah Rukh Khan was asked what he would do if he woke up as Ranveer Singh, SRK had replied that he would wonder where he got the padded underwear from! This was King Khan taking a dig at Ranveer’s underwear scene from his upcoming movie Befikre.
At a press conference for his song release, Ranveer had said that he has responded to that comment on the same show, KWK.
It’s finally the time for us to know what his response was. When asked by the host, Karan Johar what he thought about Shah Rukh‘s comment, Ranveer’s witty response left his co-star Ranbir Kapoor and KJo both scandalized!!
Here’s what Ranveer said: “I am just saving them the post production costs. Otherwise they will have to do VFX on my red chilies.”
The pun-intended was a master-stroke! Such a whacked out guy, don’t you think?
