Amazon Prime Video’s ‘The Remix’s first two episodes streamed digitally yesterday to a positive reception. India’s first ever digital reality show is being hailed by Netizens all over for being a musical extravaganza.

‘The Remix’ presents a unique mix of 10 Singer-DJ teams, who will compete against each other.

Judged by renowned singer Sunidhi Chauhan, celebrated music director Amit Trivedi and audience’s favourite DJ Nucleya, ‘Remix’ is a popular concept across the globe which will be brought to India for the first time.

The first episode started with power-packed entertaining performances by the Judges Panel followed by a great show put forth by the 10 contesting teams.

Presenting an extraordinary musical treat the first episode saw the contestants recreating already chartbuster songs like ‘Sheila Ki Jawani’, ‘Love Dose’, ‘Main Lovely Ho Gayiaan’, ‘Senorita’ and others giving new twists.

Treating the audience with a double bonanza, Amazon Prime Video released the second episode along with the first one, offering more musical happenings to the digital audience.

The second espidoe witnessed a Bollywood theme where contestants were seen adding their won unique twists to the chartbusters. Creating a new category of Tapori music, DJ Akhil Talreja mixed Laavni music to a Bollywood track.

While the first episode was an introductory one void of elimination, the second episode bid adieu to the first team of the competition. Singer Sonam Topden –Tenzing and DJ Rink – Snehal Haresh Shah witnessed the first elimination of the show.

Hosted by renowned TV Actor Karan Tacker, ‘The Remix’ will is a 10 episodic show contesting 10 teams each comprising a Singer and Music Producer. The contestants create their own unique sound of music and compete against each other.
