[imagebrowser id=232] MUMBAI: Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan, also fondly referred to as Junior Bachchan, was the guest of honour at the recently concluded ‘Top Gear Magazine India Awards’ held in Mumbai.
Boldly dressed in an all-black ensemble, (black suit replete with tie et al), Abhishek was called upon to give away the awards to the winners and Girish Karkera (the editor of Top Gear magazine). Junior Bachchan radiated wit and humour as he took to the stage, as chief guest and awards presenter at ‘Top Gear Magazine India Awards’ in one of Mumbai’s plush star hotels.
Top Gear is one of the leading Indian magazines about the things men adore: cars, of course! Within its hallowed pages, men find solace and comfort reading about the latest high-end automobiles out there. Regarded as the quintessential luxury symbol, Top Gear deals with owning and maintaining the best speed machines out there, which money can buy.
Abhishek Bachchan looked like a kid in a candy store, as he got to speak about his passion for cars and Top Gear magazine.
Interacting with the media, Abhishek said: “The Top Gear Magazine Awards were an awesome experience. I have always been a petrol head and a Top Gear Magazine fan because it feeds my passion for cars. One of my favourite possessions is the Audi I drive.”
And what a stylish, flamboyant, racy night it was indeed!
