Kareena Kapoor Khan as we all know is portraying the role of a doctor in the film Udta Punjab. The film Udta Punjab deals with a very sensitive topic of substance abuse and is based in Punjab. Kareena’s very much anticipated look in the film is finally out.
Dressed in a light colour ethnic wear and a doctor’s robe, Bebo is looking elegant as always. With her two wheeler and tightly tied back hair the actress is looking promising in her look as a doctor. Kareena has previously also donned a doctor’s character in her films; the actress was seen playing the following role in the film Kambakkht Ishq and Kyon…Ki; however the beautiful actress also played the role of a medical student in the super hit film 3 Idiots.
By now Kareena has surely managed to fit in the shoes of a doctor and is nailing her simplistic look in Udta Punjab too. Well, it is being said that Kareena won’t be seen on the screen for much time but still has a very important role in the story.
The movie is much in news because it stars Kareena’s ex flame Shahid Kapoor in the main lead. It was also reported that it was Shahid who suggested Kareena’s name for the role. Udta Punjab will also star newbie Alia Bhatt playing a key role opposite Sasha, reports suggest that beautiful newbie Alia will be essaying the role of a drug addict. Apart from Bollywood celebs the film also has Punjabi star Diljit Dosanjh in a key role.
Directed by Abhishek Chaubey the film is highly in news for its hard hitting subject of substance abuse.
