[tps_footer]Lately, there have been reports that Bollywood actors Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone have returned their fees to the producers of their film Tamasha. Ranbir and Deepika’s Tamasha got an average response from the audiences and also could not get much collection at the Box office.
Directed by Imtiaz Ali, Tamasha also received mixed response from the critics too. The makers of the film couldn’t earn the expected amount at the Box Office in comparison to the rights bought for a big sum. The makers of the film thought that the golden pair of Bollywood, Deepika and Ranbir will work as a wonder at the Box Office, but they failed at their expectations.
The makers and the distributors of the film Tamasha, failed to accumulate desired amount of money and it was said that Ranbir returned Rs 10 crore while Deepika had returned Rs 5 crore in order to save the distributors from the high loss.
Well, now our sources have revealed that the rumours on Ranbir and Deepika returning their remuneration is baseless and not true. “Ranbir and Deepika are extremely proud of Tamasha. The entire team denies the rumours of the cast returning any money to the producers. They are extremely happy with all the love and critical acclaim that Tamasha received. All these rumours are absolutely baseless,” according to reliable source.
Nevertheless, Deepika and Ranbir share very good chemistry, despite being ex-lovers. But somewhere the film couldn’t show the magic and rule the hearts of the audiences.[/tps_footer]
