MUMBAI: Bollywood’s Chote Nawab Saif Ali Khan recently confessed that he would support his daughter Sara in her decision to become an actress, only if she lost some weight!
For many months now, speculation has been rife about Saif Ali Khan’s daughter with his ex-wife Amrita Singh keen to join films. Though both parents have vehemently denied this, citing her completion of education as a criteria, it now seems that Saif is reconciling for the fact that his teenaged daughter might choose the arc lights after all.
The father-daughter duo was spotted, enjoying an evening out together. Saif was seen in a pale pink kurta, while his beautiful daughter Sara wore a white summer dress and reading glasses.
Saif insisted that he’d want Sara to first complete her education, before thinking about joining the film industry. Sara is currently studying at Columbia University.
Said a proud papa: “I’d support her if she wants to become an actress. It’s a wonderful job! She might need to lose some weight though (laughs).”
Sara has been spotted many times with her mother Amrita and her stepmother Kareena Kapoor Khan, but for the first time in a long time, she was spotted enjoying a day out with her daddy dearest.
