Yes! The Dabangg Khan apparently over worked himself for the promotional schedules of Bajrangi Bhaijaan, and is suffering from extreme back pain. Concerned sister Arpita Khan Sharma who recently got married to Ayush Sharma posted on her twitter wall about her brother’s health problem, the caring sister posted, “Salman Bhai is Fine, there’s nothing to be Alarmed about. Thank you for your love & concern as always.”
