Salman Khan’s Fan Attempted To Suicide Outside High Court

Where everyone’s eye was on Bombay High Court as Salman Khan’s no bail or jail hearing was to be conducted, Salman’s huge fan tried to suicide outside the court yesterday.

A fan attempted to suicide outside the court identified as Gouranga Kundu, a 32-year-old man from West Bengal. After the verdict where Salman Khan was sentenced for five years jail, Gouranga Kundu was disheartened with the news and asked to put him behind the bars instead of actor.

Reportedly he was later taken to the hospital. Also found was a letter from Gouranga Kundu where he reffered Salman Khan has ‘bhagwaan’ (God).Reportedly, in his 20s is said to have consumed poison and was taken away to the St George hospital.

Meanwhile, big relief for Bollywood actor Salman Khan as high court has announced no jail for the actor. For now Salman Khan’s sentence is suspended. The actor has to apply for the fresh bail today again.

Where the entire country was in shock and saddened by the news where Salman Khan was sentenced for five years jail on May 6, the actor is put into big relief now.

Till the High Court does not announce the final hearing the actor is on bail for now. With Hashtag trending since morning #Salmanbailorjail, Salman’s fans are happy and relieved with the hearing made by Bombay High Court. Salman Khan’s fans celebrate outside his residence just after the good news was announced for the actor.

The first actress to tweet on the good news was Salman Khan’s ‘Jai Ho’ Co-star Daisy Shah. She tweeted, The kindness of a man has been judged by the god himself… Good deeds never go in vain. Thank you 1 n all for the prayers n love.

Salman has been booked under Section 304 A of the Indian Penal Code (rash and negligent driving); 279 (rash driving); 337 (causing minor injuries); 338 (causing major injuries) 427 (negligence) in connection with the case.

Under Motor Vehicle Act Sections 34 (a), (b) read with 181 (driving vehicle in contravention of rules); 185 (driving at great speed after consuming alcohol).
