Shootout At Wadala Has Best Sequence Of My Career: Anil Kapoor

Bollywood actors Anil Kapoor, Sonu Sood and Manoj Bajpai were spotted at the first press conference of their film, ‘Shootout at Wadala’.

MUMBAI: Bollywood actors Anil Kapoor, Sonu Sood and Manoj Bajpai were spotted at the first press conference of their film, ‘Shootout at Wadala’. Sadly though, the film’s hero John Abraham was missing in action.

Anil, Sonu and Manoj looked like a cosy threesome as they spoke about the film and it’s making, along with director Sanjay Gupta, at the press con. Manoj and Sonu wore very similar sky blue shirts, while Anil Kapoor stood out in a navy blue sweater and khaki pants, replete with aviator sunglasses.

John Abraham, who plays gangster Manya Surve, was unfortunately missing from this press conference.

Anil Kapoor revealed that he considers one of the key sequences in the film, the ‘dhobi ghat’ scene, as the best in his three decade- long career. Anil Kapoor plays ACP Ishaque Bhagwan in ‘Shootout at Wadala’.

“It’s an extraordinary sequence. Everything in it is wonderful. I feel it would be considered one of the best sequences of my career shot by any director,” revealed the 53-year-old actor. “I am very proud of that sequence.”

Starring John Abraham, Sonu Sood, Tusshar Kapoor, Kangana Ranaut, Manoj Bajpayee, Ronit Roy and Mahesh Manjrekar, ‘Shootout at Wadala’ releases on 3 May, 2013.
