[tps_footer]Team Happy New Year, which includes the singers, director Farah Khan, and actors Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Boman Irani, Sonu Sood and Vivaan Shah are awaiting the release of their on the big screen this Diwali, i.e. October 24. The team has taken up an amazing marketing strategy, which is the in the form of SLAM tour abroad. They were last seen giving a rocking performance in Sears Center Arena, Chicago.
Shah Rukh Khan, along with his production house, Red Chillies Entertainment; and distributors Yash Raj Films, came up with the mind-blowing idea. He made a grand entry and looked amazingly a heartrob standing on the pole in his attire. He made a grand, multicolored entry when he stepped on the stage with his serious look, inspire of being surrounded by girl dancers. He gave an energetic performance for a soulful song from his movie. It is the fourth consecutive housefull SLAM! show in the US. And if that was not enough, he had another surprise planned for his fans. The highlight of the most-awaited show was when Shah Rukh played a game with audience and a couple from the crowd won a luxury bike.
Shah Rukh Khan and Yo Yo Honey Singh‘s favorite combo Lungi Dance was performed by the stars, including newcomer Vivaan Shah. They were seen in a multicolored shirt and a black lungi upon black pants.
Deepika Padukone sure looked lovely in her wrap around attire. Unlike her song Lovely, she looked not seductive, but genuinely pretty. It was known that Deepika was eager to work with SRK after Om Shanti Om, and that seems to have helped her perform well upto date.
Junior Bachchan i.e. Abhishek Bachchan, the fame of Dhoom series, made a sparkling entry with his golden kurta paired with denims. He seemed at his usual best. On the other hand, Sonu Sood was seen dancing with the ultimate dancing beauty Malaika Arora Khan. Malaika was seen in an item song Munni Badnaam Hui in their former movie Dabbangg. While Sonu Sood wore a blazing shirt and denims for the performance, Malaika looked torrid in a shiny, full sleeve top and yellow and blue golden laced skirt.
While the magnificent singing was taken care of by ‘Baby Doll’ singer Kanika Kapoor who was seen in a blue net dress with golden stripes, Signature Dance Group performed amazing choreography.
Going by the schedule, the cast will return to India on October 6 and then have Indian SLAM tours from October 7.
The Bollywood action comedy- drama film, Happy New Year is about a team of losers win the love of millions in their quest to pull off the biggest diamond heist ever.
