After the Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma secretly married the Indian star cricketer Virat Kohli, another B-town beauty was rumoured to be going to get married. Yes, there has been speculations for quite a while now about Sonam Kapoor getting married to her boyfriend Anand Ahuja, this year in April in Rajasthan.
While the actress does not like talking about her personal lifein public, she recently gave a clarification on her marriage rumours. Sonam was present at an event last night where she said, “In my 10 years long career, I have never spoken about my personal life.”
Denying all the reports on her marriage, she said, “Veere Di Wedding will release in May and then before that I have Padman and then Dutt too, where do I have time for anything else? I will soon begin shooting for Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s next in February, March.”
Well, this has come from the actress herself. So we have to believe it. But we would still say that there is no smoke without fire!
Earlier, a report of Mumbai Mirror had claimed that the couple is getting married this year in April. A source close to the couple had said, “April it is and in Jodhpur. Sonam and Anand will marry this summer in what is going to be a small, private wedding with 300 odd guests. Although the couple has warded off all the rumours about getting married saying celebrity watchers were mistaking the family’s preparations for her cousin Mohit Marwah’s upcoming wedding for her own nuptials but they can barely hide it any longer.”
Now we can only wait and watch if the actress is getting married or is really going to be busy with just her work!
