MUMBAI: The gorgeous, ethereal, Bollywood leggy lass launched Tanishq’s IVA collection of jewellery in Mumbai last evening.

Clad in a demure black dress, Deepika proved she’s the queen of elegance and sartorial excellence. The stunning 6 foot-plus Bangalore beauty made us all envious by showing off the antique gold bracelet/ watch that she had chose from the collection.
Tanishq has reportedly tied-up with TIPS Industries Limited’s for the forthcoming film ‘Race 2’. The leading ladies of ‘Race 2: i.e. Deepika Padukone, Jacqueline Fernandez and Ameesha Patel will be adorned in the IVA collection – this stylish jewellery for the modern woman throughout the film.
Deepika seems to be in control of every aspect of her life- be it career, romance or her inter-personal relationships with Bollywood stars and starlets. However, the beautiful actress was heard confessing that she achieves excellence by thriving on self-criticism. The 26-year-old actress her self-criticism helps her do better with each film. “I am very harsh on myself. I am very rarely satisfied with my own work but I am glad that it is like this. I would rather be harsh on myself than be happy with the smallest things that I do.
Deepika also touched upon how she’s been choosing author-backed roles, post her critically acclaimed performance as the vulnerable rebel in ‘Cocktail’. Speaking about ‘Race’ and ‘Race 2’, Deepika said: “The first part was very successful and ‘Race 2’ has similar twists and turns. My character Alina is very manipulative and intelligent and she knows how to get her way through whatever she wants.”
