MUMBAI: The sartorially fabulous and dapper Bollywood director Karan Johar was spotted with his protege, his ‘Student of the Year’ star Sidharth Malhotra at Olive Bar and Kitchen in Mumbai.
Having a jolly good time with his band of boys, the very social and stylish Karan Johar was seen enjoying a night out with Sidharth Malhotra, fellow filmmaker Abhishek Kapoor (of ‘Kai Po Che’ fame) and others.
Karan was seen in his trademark black, but was not as sharp as always, in a tucked out black shirt with a white collar, and black denims.
Sidharth, on the other hand, was flamboyant as usual in a pink lemonade shirt and blue denims. The ‘SOTY’ star looked relaxed and chilled out, enjoying a night out with the boys.
Karan is currently busy promoting a coming-of-age film under his banner, ‘Dharma Productions’, titled ‘Gippi’, directed by debutant director Sonam Nair.
He’s been going all-out, using socail networking site twitter aggressively to build the buzz around the film, and we must say it has worked, for ‘Gippi’ was trending on the day the trailer was released. ‘Gippi’ releases later this year.
