While many Pakistani actors who rose to fame through Bollywood have maintained silence, Pakistani classical singer Shafqat Amanat Ali has expressed his condolences on the Uri terror attack and Indian armies who lost their lives. In an interaction with a TV channel, the singer said that he does not know anything about others, but he condemns the Uri terror attack. He further stated that the stars have not condemned due to the threats but even their stand on the terror is same.
Singer Shafqat Amanat Ali is the first Pakistani artist, who has publicly condemned the Uri terror attack. Other than him, Pakistan-born singer Adnan Sami, who recently received his Indian nationality, also slammed Pakistani actors for choosing to remain silent on the terror attacks.
