After creating a great fuss in the minds of people, shifting release dates and tempting fans with a mind blowing teaser and poster, the King, Shah Rukh Khan, has finally unveiled the trailer of Raees with the team on December 7.
After delivering mega commercial hits, Shah Rukh backs up the screen yet again with his dramatic acting skills.
With Raees, Khan promises to hit the screens with his bold look as a bootlegger whose business is highly challenged and countered by a policeman. Raees, directed by Rahul Dholakia and produced by Ritesh Sidhwani, Gauri Khan and Farhan Akhtar, originally is a real story of a bootlegger Raees Alam from Ahmedabad in the 1980s.
After having undergone a clash with the biggest competitor Salman‘s Sultan this Eid, Shah Rukh smartly shifted the dates of Raees and has now officially declared his film’s release on January 25, 2017 with the commitment quoting “ Aa raha hoon” when the trailer closes down.
Having given hits and purely commercial movies like Dilwale, Chennai Express and Happy New Year, the King seems to set back and steal the shows with his killing dialogues and looks as a shrewd businessman.
After putting up subtle hints about the film on his Twitter and Facebook accounts, conducting press conferences for open discussions, Shah Rukh seems to leave no room for complaining about insufficient promotions for the film.
Using out of the box promotional strategies and fitting into different characters in every film is definitely Shah Rukh’s signature code of survival in the industry as a megastar.
We surely cannot wait to watch him as Raees Alam this January.
Shah Rukh, currently celebrating success of Dear Zindagi is now keeping himself engaged into promoting Raees which also stars Mahira Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
