Krushna Abhishek and Bharti Singh’s Comedy Nights Bachao has been continuously making it to the headlines for various reasons. Various actors have been avoiding the show for its constant controversial presence in the news.

We recently reported to you how Hrithik Roshan declined to make an appearance on dance reality show Jhalak Dikhla Jaa for the promotions of his upcoming film Mohenjo Daro after the channel asked him to make an appearance on Comedy Nights Bachao too as a part of the joint package.

Akshay Kumar too has followed suit and declined to grace the show by Krushna Abhishek, Bharti Singh & Co for the promotions of his upcoming Rustom.

Now the latest addition to the story is that both these actors have decided to promote their respective movies due for release by making an appearance on the live comedy show on another channel hosted by comedian Kapil Sharma, who incidentally, is an arch rival of Krushna Abhishek.

Reports suggest that Hrithik will be making an appearance on The Kapil Sharma Show for the promotions of his film Mohenjo Daro with his co-star Pooja Hegde and the film’s director Ashutosh Gowariker. While Hrithik’s episode is slated to be shot on August 2, Akshay will be shooting for his episode of the show on August 5. Akshay will be seen appearing with Ileana D’Cruz and Esha Gupta.

Interestingly, both the films Mohenjo Daro and Rustom will be having a box office clash on 12th August. However, there seems to be a better planning for the broadcast of their episodes on Kapil’s show. Hrithik will be having his promotional episode aired about 5 days before the film’s release that is on August 7 while Akshay’s episode will be broadcasted on Independence Day eve that is on 14th August—two days after its slated release.

A lot of celebrities have preferred Kapil’ show over Hrithik’s recently. Not many days ago, Jacqueline Fernandez too declined to be a part of Comedy Night’s Bachao. Krushna ABhishek’s show is more of a roast comedy which is apparently not going down too well with the cine stars. Many B-Townies have been feeling insulted by the derogatory and offensive manner of delivery used in the roast comedy.

Seems like Krushna and Bharti indeed need a makeover for their show!
