Why Shahid Kapoor Is Quiet On Engagement Rumour?

Internet is flooded with Shahid Kapoor‘s secret engagement to Delhi based third year English honours student Mira Rajput. The rumours suggest that the Haider actor got secretly engaged to Mira Rajput, who happens to be his family friend, on January, 2015. Reports further reveal that Shahid and Mira are set to get married on December, this year.

However, another report found its way on internet. Latest report reveal that Mira, 20, confirmed it to her friend that she isn’t dating Shahid Kapoor and both of them are not engaged. Though she did reveal that she knows him, as he is her family friend. Matter of fact, Mira Rajput is even followed by the Haider actor Shahid Kapoor on Instagram.

But what’s really strange is that Shahid, who happens to be an active social media user, didn’t react to all the engagement and marriage rumours. Shahid has kept his lips sealed on the matter. We can’t help but wonder why has Shahid not said anything on the rumour? If its not true, then why is he not denying it?

After all, the whole anticipation and mystery surrounding his “engagement” is making everyone uneasy and restless. We checked his Instagram, Twitter and Facebook page, the star hasn’t posted anything from the day all the rumours about his secret engagement started to make rounds all over the Internet. We wonder where Shahid is right now and what’s his reaction to all the reports.

We just hope that the actor comes forward to deny the rumours if they are just ‘rumours’ and if not, then at least say ‘something’ and put an end to all of this.
