Witnessing house full boards on its very first day, Bajrangi Bhaijaan team has one more reason to rejoice for. Kabir Khan directorial movie has carved a history for itself owing to the super high weekend collections. The movie Bajrangi Bhaijaan has broken all records with earning of Rs.100 crore net approx. at the box office on weekend.
With a festive start at the theaters, the movie was already anticipated hugely by the masses. Starring a celebrated cast of Salman, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Bajrangi Bhaijaan opened to a massive opening on the first day itself; earning Rs. 26 crore net (260 million) approx. Creating the same enigma on the second day i.e. on the day of Eid celebration, the numbers widened more and the movie earned Rs.36.50 net (365 million) approx. not only has it surpassed all the records for its weekend collection, Salman has broken his own records too, Bajrangi Bhaijaan has witnessed highest ever single day collection at the box office.

All the speculations of Bajrangi Bhaijaan becoming a box office breaker have come true. Not only are Salman , Kareena and Nawazuddin the cause of this wonderful figures, child artist Harshaali Malhotra is also applauded for taking the whole film on her back. For the first time it is being seen that a Salman Khan film is more than just himself on screen. The film obviously has an element of being a crowd puller, but at the same time it is also a strong social message in disguise. The first ever film which highlights the good of both nations is Bajrangi Bhaijaan, with this unique quality the movie has touched the masses’ hearts.
Depicting a tale of a little girl, who unknowingly crosses the border and lands in Indian Territory, Bajrangi Bhaijaan is an emotional journey which makes one laugh, cry as well as think.
