MUMBAI: Salman Khan’s latest flick Ready, which is directed by Anees Bazmi, has taken a stupendous opening across India at multiplexes and single screens alike.
According to information available with Businessofcinema.com, the movie’s early morning shows on Friday at multiplexes saw occupancy of approximately 90 – 100 per cent, which is fabulous. The movie also kept the momentum in the afternoon shows and is only like to see a rise towards the evening shows.
On the other hand, single screen theaters across the Hindi heartland also saw a phenomenal response with audience thronging the theaters.
As was reported earlier by Businessofcinema.com, Salman’s last superhit film Dabangg saw record opening day net collections of Rs 145 million (Rs 14.50 crore) across India thus beating 3 Idiots (Rs 130 million) last year.
