Box Office: Varun Dhawan And Alia Bhatt’s Badrinath Ki Dulhania Strong First Tuesday Business!

Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt’s recently released film Badrinath Ki Dulhania is doing wonders at the Box Office. Directed by Shashank Khaitan and produced by Karan Johar, Varun and Alia’s sizzling chemistry has managed to draw the audience to the theatres.

BKD earned Rs 12.25 crore (122.5 million) nett approx on its first day and showed a good growth of around 20% on its second day. The film has collected Rs 14.25 crore (142.5 million) nett approx on its second day, Rs 15.75 crore on its third day and interestingly managed to show same growth on its first Monday.  Badrinath Ki Dulhania had a huge Monday and had collected Rs 12 crore (120 million) nett approx on its first Monday.

Badrinath Ki Dulhania has continued to show the same growth at the Box Office on its first Tuesday. The film has grossed around Rs 7 crore (70 million) nett on Tuesday and this takes the total 5 days collection to Rs 61 crore (610 million) nett approx.

Being weekday the collections of the film have dropped by 30% in North and Central Indian and by 50% in Mumbai and South. Despite that, the collection of the film is stable and seems, the film will continue easy two weeks run at the Box Office.

Backed by positive responses and reviews, the film will surely make a mark at the box office and is expected to break Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’s first-week business.
