MUMBAI: John Abraham’s Vicky Donor starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Yami Gupta, as well as Vikram Bhatt’s Hate Story starring Paoli Dam, Nikhil Dwivedi, and Gulshan Devaiya had an average opening on Friday.

Vicky Donor had a three day total in the range of Rs 75 million (Rs 7.5 crores) net, with the best performance on Sunday. Hate story continued to do well in smaller cities, but struggled in the metros closing with a three day total in the range of Rs 70 million (Rs 7 crores) net.

Housefull 2, remained rock solid, with business of Rs 1022.5 million (Rs 102.25 crores) net in the third week.
