Finance expert Prem Parameswaran has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer and President of Eros International, North America. Prem will be taking the place of previous CFO Andrew Heffernan who will be taking an absence leave next month. The experienced investment banker has an impressive set of experience in past working with major financial companies in America.
Prem Parameswaran was of an opinion that over the course of his career he has seen a number of media and entertainment businesses on the verge of exponential growth and that he believesEros to be one of those companies. Parameswaran who has previously worked with Jefferies LLC, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs and Salomon Brothers is excited to start working with the Eros team to achieve greatness.
Eros CEO Kishore Lulla stated, “With his impressive background in finance, mergers and acquisitions and operational strategy, Prem has the knowledge, relationships and global perspective that will be very valuable as we continue our growth around the world and optimize our capital structure. Lulla also thanked Andrew Heffernan for his important role played in the development of the company.
