Nandita Das: Actress Nandita Das is best known for her roles in Fire, Earth, Bawandar, Kannathil Muthamittal, Azhagi and Before The Rains. Although she has directed only one film yet, it was enough to leave a mark in the history of Indian cinema. Nandita directed 2009’s film Firaaq based on Gujarat riots starring Tisca Chopra, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Naseeruddin Shah.
