MUMBAI: Charlie Sheen is again in trouble. According to the report, Charlie Sheen is forbidden from going within two hundred yards of Brooke Mueller or contacting her. If he ever does that then he could face a penalty for violating the original gagging order.
Looks like Brooke is all set to regain full custody of their boys by Christmas, after impressing the Los Angeles County Department of Child and Family Services with her commitment to getting sober and turning her life around.
Bob and Max were put under temporary custody of Denise Richards, Charlie’s ex-wife after Brooke was admitted to rehab for the twenty first time earlier this year. However, Denise has written a letter to the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) informing them that she will no longer look after the boys, because of their violent outbursts towards her daughters and dogs.
Denise attributes the bad behaviour of the boys to time spent with Brooke and says the twins suffer terrible nightmares after spending time at her home. Denise claims she has been advised to get counselling for the twins but Brooke has refused to allow it.
On the other hand Charlie has branded Brooke as a ‘chubby weirdo’ following her failed attempt to secure a restraining order against him in court.
Charlie wrote on Twitter: ‘Oh, by the way, nice try this morning Brooke… you are a chubby weirdo who will lose at every turn trying to get between me and my boys…’
We do hope that this legal battle ends as soon as possible and both the kids are well looked after. Because, at the end of it its not about who wins or loses this battle: its all about the future of Bob and Max.
