Season 7 and Season 8 will have lesser episodes than all the seasons. The makers do not want to increase the episodes unnecessarily and want to conclude the gigantic series logically. Lesser episodes is not the only bad news but reports now confirm that the season 7 will be delayed.

Heave a sad sigh but the makes of Game of Thrones have hinted that the upcoming season will get delayed. All the GoT series have commenced from the month of April, however the next season will be premiered on a later note.

The prime pillars of the show David Benioff and D.B.Weiss have stated that there is no date fixed as of yet for the premiere but it will be delayed. The reason for the same is the good weather. The crux of the issue according to the makers is that the filming of the next season will require a rough and a grim weather because the show will now showcase the long dreaded winter (Winter Is Coming).  In order to portray the cold weather the locations will have to have that kind of atmosphere. The team of Game of Thrones will start shooting the season a bit later than usual to get the dark weather.

The makers have still not confirmed on the premiere date![/tps_footer]
