[tps_footer]Kelly Brook recently confirmed that she had agreed to marry David McIntosh after just twelve weeks of dating. Kelly Brook, recently arrived in New York without David McIntosh by her side and with a noticeably bare wedding ring finger.
Kelly Brook even took on to twitter and wrote: “Lovely weekend in Wigan meeting my new extended family. Such happy times and excited to share my life with the most wonderful man I’ve ever met.”
Kelly Brook, thirty four, started dating the former Gladiator, David McIntosh, twenty seven, in January 2014, after getting together at a New Year’s Eve party at Kelly’s bar and restaurant Steam And Rye.
The former Royal Marines Commando, real name David McIntosh, popped the question after a whirlwind romance.
However, in February 2014 the pair embarked on a brief split after Kelly Brook apparently thought David was simply in it for the fame.
Kelly thought that David has been using her. She felt hurt and humiliated when she realised he was more interested in fame than he was in her. He was desperate to be in the papers and she kicked him out as soon as she realised he was alerting the photographers to their whereabouts.
However, David denied the claims and stated that for him media attention isn’t a new thing. He has been doing a lot of modelling work in America and people knew him.
But then all was well between both of them and Kelly Brook confirmed her plans to wed David soon. This is second engagement for Kelly, who was engaged to actor Billy Zane before calling it off in August 2008.
While David has a two year old son with his ex-girlfriend Rachel Christie, who he split from after four years of being with her in December 2013, just a week before meeting Kelly.
