Signing sensation, Lily Allen, was admitted to the hospital and is recovering from a vomiting bug after falling ill as she waited to appear on a chat show.
Lily Allen, who has made a pop comeback with her third album Sheezus released this week, started feeling unwell as she was getting ready to appear on Channel 4’s Chatty Man Show hosted by Alan Carr.
Lily Allen assured fans she was fine but went on to say she was still feeling sick and undergoing tests. Post her initial examinations; Lily posted an image of herself online using Instagram, which showed her with a drip tube in her arm. Allen said that at one stage she could not stop projectile vomiting and had a temperature. She also posted a picture of a series of empty water bottles and wrote, “I’m fine though guys, just need some fluids cause I can’t keep anything down.”
In a further message, as she pointed out she was watching YouTube videos from her bed, she said: “Still in hospital, still very sick, having some more tests.”
Lily Allen recently attended the Met Ball in New York City, where she rubbed shoulders with celebs including Kim Kardashian, Cara Delevingne and Kanye West, who inspired her latest album’s title.
Lily’s album hasn’t been without its controversies and the star was recently involved in a twitter spat with Jourdan Dunn, who wasn’t too happy at being name-checked on one of the tracks.
Well if this was not enough then Lily Allen drew a lot of attention recently when she slammed critics of Miley Cyrus, who called her a bad role model, saying that she is not running for President. Lily Allen even called Miley Cyrus legendary during her appearance on a television show titled Loose Women.
