Avatar 2 is a sequel to the 2009 James Cameron’s Avatar. The sequel to the film is already confirmed and the release of the film is expected next year in Christmas. James Cameron has previously stated that the film will likely not be entitled “Avatar 2“, but temporary  the film is being titled as Avatar 2.
