A 21-year old man was found dead in Hollywood actress Demi Moore’s swimming pool of the Beverly Hills home on Sunday. The police arrived at the scene and found the man. The 21-year was soon pronounced dead at the scene.
Reports reveal that the guy was a staff member and didn’t know how to swim and drowned when he slipped and fell in the pool. Los Angeles Country Coroner Lt. Fred Corral said the deceased, Edenilson Steven Valle was pulled out of the swimming pool when he was found floating in the deep end. He was then pronounced dead.
The actress was not at home at the time this tragic accident took place. On Sunday, Demi Moore reacted on the accident by saying that she is in absolute shock that a man drowned in the swimming pool of her Beverly Hills home. The lawyers say that even though the actress wasn’t at her place when this happened, she could still be held responsible.
The 52-year old actress released a statement through her publicist, Heidi Lopata in which she said that she received the shocking news when she was out of the country traveling to meet her daughters for a birthday celebration. “I was out of the country traveling to meet my daughters for a birthday celebration when I got the devastating news,” Demi Moore said.
The tragic incident occurred at a party held by Demi Moore’s assistant while the actress was out of town. Demi Moore went further on and said “It was an unthinkable tragedy and my heart goes out to this young man’s family and friends.”
Reportedly, Demi Moore could face a lawsuit for negligent supervision. The actress could be accused of failing to provide proper pool supervision. The lawsuit will attack Ghost actress Demi Moore’s failure to insure the safety of the guests from the danger of the pool.
