Steve Jobs Official First Look: Michael Fassbender In Biopic

Steve-JobsUniversal Pictures released the much awaited first look of actor Michael Fassbender as the iconic businessman and innovator, Steve Jobs in its latest biopic based on the life of the Apple company founder. Beginning with impressive dialogues and background score that hypes you up, the first look is much like a teaser giving us a glimpse of what is coming next.

The one minute long trailer introduces actors Michael Fassbender, Kate Winslet and Seth Rogan. The trailer begins with Fassbender’s dialogue as Steve Jobs, “Two most significant events in the 20th century, the allies win the war and this.” After which a voice from the background states how Jobs wasn’t qualified enough to be a coder or an engineer asking him ‘what do you do?’

Another dramatic strong dialogue from the first look video states, “I love that you don’t care how much money a person makes. You care what they make. But what you make isn’t supposed to be the best part of you.” The film shows the lifetime events that occurred in the Apple co-founder’s journey of becoming a successful Entrepreneur.

German-Irish actor and producer Michael Fassbender is a critically acclaimed actor who has worked in numerous films like X-Men: First Class, X-Men: Days of Future Past, Prometheus, 12 Years a Slave, Inglorious Basterds and The Counselor amongst others has undergone a complete makeover for his avatar as Steve Jobs. Shedding the muscular look, the actor has maintained a lean and simple look for the biopic.

As soon as the video was released, naturally the comparisons between Michael Fassbender and Ashton Kutcher began to create a rage over the Internet. Released in 2013, Jobs is the film again based on Steve Job’s life, which has created a benchmark already. With the new cast and director Danny Boyle’s credibility, it’ll be awaited to see what difference their film on Steve Job’s life makes. The film is set to release on October 9, 2015 in US.
