‘Man Of Steel’ is one of the highest grossing films in 2013, and the initial news of ‘Batman’ and ‘Superman’ coming together just raises the hopes of the sequel.

The sequel will star Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne, Diane Lane. Christian Bale who played Batman in ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ is unfortunately not a part of this superhero extravaganza.

The casting for the new Batman is still on. Produced by Warner Bros, the film will begin production in 2014 and will have a release around summer 2015.

Greg Silverman, President, Creative Development and Worldwide Production is quite upbeat about the association with Snyder and says, “Zack Snyder is an incredibly talented filmmaker, but beyond that, he’s a fan first and he utterly gets this genre.  We could not think of anyone better suited to the task of bringing these iconic Super Heroes to the screen in his own way.”

At Comic-Con, Zack Snyder made a special appearance and stunned his fans. He is himself quite excited about the venture and says, “I’m so excited to begin working again with Henry Cavill in the world we created, and I can’t wait to expand the DC Universe in this next chapter. Let’s face it, it’s beyond mythological to have Superman and our new Batman facing off, since they are the greatest Super Heroes in the world.”

There cannot be a bigger experience with both ‘Batman’ and ‘Superman’ in one film. It’s a dream world!!
