Mumbai: Michigan State is currently offering a 42 percent tax credit incentive for projects that film there. Empire Film Group, Inc. a film and television production and distribution company has begun scouting locations for several film projects that it has in pre-production where they plan to produce several feature length motion pictures and television projects over the next three years. The company is in negotiations with Tri-Vision Pictures and Unity Studios to co-produce these projects.
"We are excited to produce Film and Television programs in Michigan and look forward to the many unique opportunities and locations that are offered here along with the qualified crew and talent available in the state," said Empire CEO Dean Bornstein.
