MUMBAI: ITV Studios Global Entertainment has acquired the international distribution and format rights to Fox Reality Channel’s original series Househusbands of Hollywood.
Househusbands of Hollywood is the 10×1 hour series produced by the multi-award winning talents at Marilyn Wilson Productions Inc., and co-created by executive producers Marilyn Wilson, Lisa Bernstein, Scooter Pietsch and Charlie Mattera.
ITV Studios Global Entertainment head of factual acquisitions and co-productions Richard Life said, "We’re delighted to be announcing the acquisition of Fox Reality Channel’s hugely popular series and format Househusbands of Hollywood. The lifestyles of Hollywood’s most wealthy and glamorous are of universal interest, combining this with the shows unrivalled access to these fascinating relationships up-close, results in an incredibly compelling and entertaining show."
Starring in Househusbands of Hollywood are former Marine Corps Grant Reynolds and wife Jillian Reynolds, the sexy co-host of Good Day LA; Actor Darryl M. Bell (A Different World) and Tempestt Bledsoe, who shot to stardom as Vanessa on The Cosby Show; former bank robber Charlie Mattera and his prominent psychiatrist wife; former Los Angeles Dodger Billy Ashley and his acclaimed makeup artist wife, Lisa Ashley; and aspiring actor Danny Barclay and wife Katherine Barclay, an attorney at a Los Angeles firm.
