MUMBAI: James Cameron was honored with a Star at the Hollywood Walk of Fame at a spot right next to the historic Egyptian Theater. The Egyptian is now the home of the American Cinematheque which is a non-profit, cultural organization dedicated exclusively to the public presentation of the Moving Picture in all its forms.
The star ceremony was presided over by Cameron’s long-time acting associate and California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. In attendance at the ceremony with Cameron and his wife Suzy Amis were Avatar producer Jon Landau and the cast of Avatar including Sigourney Weaver, Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana, Giovanni Ribisi, Michelle Rodriguez, CCH Pounder, Laz Alonso, Stephen Lang, and Joel Moore among others.
