MUMBAI: Warner Home Video has promoted Dan Miron to Executive Vice President, Worldwide Supply Chain Management and Richard Siao has been named Senior Vice President, Sales Planning and Operations.
In his new post, Miron will oversee Warner Home Video’s worldwide supply chain strategy and process, which includes mastering and pre-production, procurement of manufacturing and distribution services and integrating new home entertainment business models into the existing supply chain.
Warner Home Video’s Mark Horak stated, “For the past 16 years, Dan has been instrumental in many of Warner Home Video’s successes. I know I speak for our entire executive management team when I say that we have all the confidence that he is the right person for this role.”
“I am excited to take on these new responsibilities at a time when supply chain will play such an important role in optimizing the profitability of our company,” said Miron.
As SVP, Sales Planning and Operations, Siao will continue to lead Warner Home Video’s Sales Planning group while taking on a new area, Operations.
“Richard has the demonstrated leadership skills we need to further evolve Warner Home Video’s supply chain to be recognized as the best in class within our industry,” said Horak.

Miron joined Warner in 1991 as Manager of Sales for Warner Home Video’s northeast and northwest territories. In 1995, he was promoted to Director of Sales and in 1997 promoted to VP of Rental Sales. One year later, Miron became VP of Sell Through Sales. In 2000, he moved to VP, Sales Planning & Logistics and in 2005, was promoted to SVP, Sales Planning and Operations.
