BIG 92.7 FM has tied up with the movie, which is directed by Rajkumar Hirani and is slated to release on 25 December. The Sabse BIG Idiot campaign is aimed at re-defining the word Idiot, translates each alphabet, giving the word a new meaning – Intelligent, Dazzling, Impressive, Outstanding and Talented.
BIG FM will invite listeners to showcase their Idiocy. The campaign goes through phases. It started with an on air concert, which saw Hirani, music director Shantanu Moitra, lyricist Swanand Kirkire and singer Suraj Jagan come together hosting an acoustic live session where they showcased the entire album and interacted with listeners across country.
The next phase will see listeners nominating people they know, to battle for the title of India’s Sabse BIG Idiot. The nominees then go through the short-listing phase by the RJs of BIG FM at the regional level, who will battle it out for the Sabse BIG Idiot title during the grand finale in Mumbai. The winner will not only get an opportunity to meet the 3 Idiots live in person but also get to watch the film premiere with the stars.
Khan, along with the rest of the star cast of the film, will go live across all stations of BIG FM sharing their idiotic fundaas of life.
