Kingdom of Dreams pays tribute to Kishore Kumar with Jhumroo

MUMBAI: The Gypsy Prince Kingdom of Dreams, India’s live entertainment destination, is set to win over the audiences with its tribute to Kishore Kumar with a musical comedy titled Jhumroo that celebrates the spirit of Kishore Da.
Jhumroo will be launched in October 2011 at Nautanki Mahal, Kingdom of Dreams with an compilation of approximately 20 retro songs from Kishore Kumar’s films.
The foundation for Jhumroo’s launch was laid on Kishore Kumar’s 82nd birth anniversary. To announce Jhumroo, look-a-likes of Kishore Kumar from across the country are visiting the city to unveil the first look.
Wizcraft International Entertainment director Viraf Sarkari said, “Kingdom of Dreams has been conceptualized to offer live entertainment experience. Jhumroo is a tribute to the legend that continues to live in our hearts. We want our audiences to re-live one of its kind musical period and promise to provide complete entertainment the Kishore Kumar way.”
Kingdom of Dreams global brand ambassador Shah Rukh Khan added, “With Kingdom of Dreams we will re-define Indian entertainment in a spectacular manner. It gives me great pride to see Kingdom of Dreams bringing another spectacle Jhumroo. I’m a big fan of Kishore Kumar and his songs are few of my favorites.”
