MUMBAI: Vandal Movies in association with Multi Media Combines released the music of their forthcoming English film The Unforgettable in Mumbai.
Music director Ismail Darbar has scored the music which is being released on HOM Records. Present at the function were directors of the film Arsala Qureishi and Sabrina Louis, along with Darbar. The music was released by Mahesh Bhatt and Pooja Bhatt.
The film will release on 11 September, 2009 in India by Multi Media Combines. Qureishi said, "The music of the film takes the audience into a realm of passion, exuding a beautiful raw energy that only a master composer like Ismail Darbar is capable of. Long after the curtains are drawn, you remember the characters by their music pieces first, then their faces."
The songs in the album are sung by Sunidhi Chauhan and Kunal Ganjawala. Darbar said, "It was my wish to compose music for an unconventional film and my wish has come true with this album. The lyrics just touched my heart and I have tried to bring out the meanings of the words in a similar heartfelt manner. The singers have sung beautifully doing justice to the compositions. Hope the listeners like the music."
