MUMBAI: Radio City 91.1 FM will celebrate Raj Kapoor‘s 112th birth anniversary, on 14 December. Kal Bhi Aaj Bhi -the Hindi retro show in Mumbai has dedicated two days to honour Raj Kapoor.
Both young and old will have a chance to reconnect with the legendary star by getting to know more about his life, through his own close friends and family members. The show will be packed with interviews from the Kapoor family, not to mention the multiple hits from his evergreen films.
The celebration would begin on the eve of Raj Kapoor’s birthday with his family members like Kareena, Ranbir, Karishma, Rishi, Neetu, Randhir, Rajiv, Shammi, Shashi and Sanjana Kapoor giving exclusive interviews on Kal Bhi Aaj Bhi. Rishi Kapoor will share the story behind RK studios and how Raj Kapoor took risks in his career.
Celebrities like Laxmikant Pyarelal, Lata Mangeshkar, Nitin Mukesh, Kumar Gaurav, Asha Bhosale, Shailandra Singh will also be on air sharing their personal experiences on how Raj Kapoor made a difference to their life.
