MUMBAI: After giving the music for Shemaroo Entertainment’s animation film Bal Ganesh, music director Shamir Tandon will now score the music for the company’s two more films.
Tandon will compose for Bal Ganesh’s sequel – Bal Ganesh 2 and Panga Gang, which are both 3D animation films.
Tandon says, "India’s animation sector is witnessing a major boom. I am proud to be part of this deal with Shemaroo as I hold their work in the highest regard. I like challenges and feel that children are the most difficult audience as they are very clear about there likes and dislikes, I hope this film too is as big a hit with them as Bal Ganesh."
Some of the films that Tandon has given the music for recently include Sanjay Gupta’s Acid Factory, Madhur Bhandarkar’s Jail, Pritish Nandy Communications’ Click and Sangeeth Sivan’s Cheers – Celebrate Life.
