MUMBAI: T-Series has acquired the music rights of Salman Khan’s Bodyguard.
Bodyguard is produced by Atul Agnihotri and directed by Siddiqui. The film stars Salman and Kareena Kapoor.
“Bhushan Kumar and we have always shared familial ties. That apart, we are very happy with the super-success of Dabangg in which the music and film promotion made a big difference. Impressed by the strategic handling of the music, we have assigned Atul Agnihotri’s Bodyguard music to T Series. It goes without saying that the music of my next film as director with Salman and Arbaaz ’s Dabangg 2 with Salman will also be given to T- Series,” says Salman’s brother Sohail.
Bodyguard has music by Pritam and the film is slated to release on 31 August, 2011.
