MUMBAI: For Dhoom:2’s music release, Yash Raj Films released the conventional audio CD and for the first time a MP3 of the film music as well. What’s more, Yash Raj has now come up with another first. The music of Dhoom:2 was has now been released in the DVD-Audio format.
The album makes full use of the DVD-Audio format in other ways as well. The lyrics can be viewed on-screen as the music is playing, thus enabling Karaoke sing-along. The theatrical trailer of the movie is also available on the DVD, as well as a credits page that can be viewed optionally. And last, but not the least, four additional tracks, Chand Sifarish (Fanaa), Kajra Re (Bunty aur Babli), Salaam Namaste (Salaam Namaste) and Halla Re (Neal ‘n’ Nikki) will also be available. The lyrics for these songs are also available on screen. Rounding up the package is a gallery of pictures from the movies, as an optional feature.
