After wrapping up the shoot of Arun Vaidyanathan‘s Peruchazhi in Kochi, Mohanlal has headed to Brazil to watch the FIFA World Cup finals.
“All roads leading to Brazil. Off to Brazil to witness FIFA World Cup Finals. Taking off from Cochin International Airport,” Mohanlal updated on his online page, alongside a picture of him heading for the check in. It is also learnt that Mohanlal‘s wife, Suchithra, would also be going along with him.
Mohanlal is no stranger to the world of sports. The captain of the Kerala team in the celebrity cricket matches, he was often quoted as a great inspiration by young players in the team. The climax scene of his 2006 release, Mahasamudram, where his character Isahak heads the football team Beach Eleven against I M Vijayan‘s team is one of the most viewed.
Mohanlal, who just wrapped up the shooting for his upcoming project Peruchazhi in U.S, directed by Arun Vaidyanathan, is planning to take a short break from movies. Peruchazhi is expected to release on August 29, 2014.[/tps_footer]
