Anand Kumar, a.k.a. VJ Andy:
Andy’s real name is Anand Vijay Kumar, and he was born and brought up in London. Andy first appeared in the hit music video Kaliyon Ka Chaman, but only gained fame with his shows like Get Gorgeous 3 and Date 2 Date on Channel V.
Andy is known for his outlandish ways of speaking, and the number of boyfriends he has. Of course that’s his personal choice, no judgements on him. However, Imam Siddique is not at all happy with Andy being compared with him. Imam took on to twitter to voice his opinion. What came of was as bitter as Imam could manage! Imam considers himself ‘classy crystal’, while Andy according to him is ‘tacky cut-glass’!
Andy is undoubtedly one of the most controversial Bigg Boss 7 housemates. He was earlier involved in many heated arguments with Salman Khan, but now that’s past. Salman seems to like him now.
His dressing sense, and hairstyles are discussions for many. Also, he will be remember for walking in his shorts in Bigg Boss 7.
Very few know that Andy shares his apartment with a woman, whom he calls “Mems”. He says she is his best friend.
