Pratyusha Banerjee‘s mother was inconsolable at the prayer meet of her daughter who hanged herself at her residence in Mumbai after allegedly facing problems with boyfriend Rahul Raj Singh. Producer Vikas Gupta, who had offered Pratyusha a show recently, was seen consoling Pratyusha’s mother. Pratyusha‘s mother, who was inconsolable, kept saying that Rahul Raj Singh should be punished. Actor Anuj Sachdeva, who was Pratysha Banerjee‘s neighbour was also present at the prayer meet.

The former Balika Vadhu actress committed suicide by hanging herself at her resident in Mumbai on April 1. Pratyusha and Rahul’s love story looked like a fairy tale when they appeared on the reality show Power Couple but little did anyone know this story would end up tragically.
