[tps_footer] The much awaited second trailer of Anushka Shetty starrer ‘Rudhramadevi’ is finally here. The official theatrical trailer is better than the first one as it gives more insight about the film’s visual effects, the character lining and more. Anushka Shetty looks fierce and confident in herwarrior avatar as well as graceful as a beautiful queen. Although we must say, the graphics of the film are not eye pleasing.
The grand visual effects shown in ‘Rudhramadevi’s’ trailer comes out as a little unpolished especially since films like ‘Baahubali’ have raised the bar. Although ‘Rudhramadevi’ shows lot of promise, the graphics used seem to be unimpressive comparatively. Other than that, the film surely has a lot of offer in terms of its storyline, the brilliant cast lineup and the amazing songs. The trailer boasts that ‘Rudhramadevi’ is India’s first biggest 3D historical movie.

The much awaited historic film is based on the life of Rani Rudhramadevi which will be played by Anushka Shetty. The gorgeous beauty displays some staunch sword skills in the trailer while keeping the audience under her spell with her utmost beauty in other sequences. The film also stars actors Rana Daggubati, Allu Arjun and Nithya Menen in pivotal roles. The second theatrical trailer shows Allu Arjun and Rana Daggubati in fierce fighter mode showcasing great horse riding skills.
‘Rudhramadevi’ also stars actors Vikramjeet Virk, Krishnam Raju, Prakash Raj, Suman, Adithya Menon, Aditi Chengappa, Catherine Tresa, Hamsa Nandini, Ajay, Jaya Prakash Reddy, Ahuti Prasad, Venu Madhav and Prabha amongst others in pivotal roles. Rapper Baba Sehgal has also been roped in to play the character of Naga Devudu in the film. With an impressive star cast and direction of the ‘Nippu’ filmmaker Gunasekhar,’ Rudhramadevi’ also has pioneer Ilaiyaraaja giving its soundtrack and background scores. Cinematography of the film has been done by Ajayanan Vincent and the film is being produced under director Gunasekhar‘s banner Gunaa Team Works.
