[tps_footer]It Looks Good, It Looks Good And It looks Good. Well that’s where it stars and that’s where it ends. We are talking about Sajid Khan’s latest film Humshakals.
Sajid Khan is now back with his three triple roles comedy Humshakals featuring Saif Ali Khan, Riteish Deshmukh and Ram Kapoor.
Humshakals is reportedly inspired by cult film Angoor. While Angoor was a classic Humshakals is not even close to it. One look at the trailer and its easy to say that everyone has tried really hard to be funny but then they all fall flat.
Thanks to its beautiful location the film looks breathtaking and refreshing but then its just ends there.
Humshakals features Bipasha Basu, Esha Gupta and Tamannaah as the female leads. Women in the movie however are not more than decoration piece. They will probably make news for their bikinis and some skin show. Bipasha, Esha and Tamannaah look stunning sporting bikinis in one sequence in the film, which they have carried it effortlessly.
As Saif Ali Khan, Riteish Deshmukh and Ram Kapoor meet their humshakals, not one but two each, there is confusion all around, but little entertainment. If this was not enough one even gets to see all the three dressed up as women. Oops this one really hurts.
A source close to the production team said: “We have seen Ritiesh play a woman in Apna Sapna Money Money, and now he will be doing it again in Humshakals along with Saif and Ram. Saif and Ram were quite reluctant in the beginning to portray themselves as women but in the end they gave in and let Sajid take the reins,” the source added.
Humshakals is being produced by Vashu Bhagnani and presented by Fox Star Studios.
O Teri tried to copy the cult classic Jaane Bhi Do Yaaron and now Humshakals is set to emulate Angoor. Well all we can do is wait for June 20, 2014 and see where this one would go.
