Amitabh Bachchan’s Take On Salman Khan’s Hit And Run Case

AmitabhSalman4NovFeatureBollywood’s veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan recently spoke on Salman Khan’s 2002 hit and run case in an interview. Where the entire Bollywood fraternity stood in support of Salman Khan, Amitabh Bachchan stayed cautious while supporting the actor during the interview.

Amitabh Bachchan was targeted with lots of questions regarding Salman Khan’s hit and run case. One of the question asked to him was, “Why does the Hindi film industry has blinkers on? Even being convicted of all the charges in the case the entire film industry supported Salman Khan.

To which Big B replied, “I do not agree with it. It would be true for any fraternity. Because its combined group of people where we interact with each other, work together and I think it becomes very natural to support that person.”

Further going with the interview Big B said, “It’s wrong to interrupt the case which is legal and if you pointedly go out and ask opinion on somebody, it’s of course going to come like a family.” Grilling more question on the case, Amitabh was asked, “Do you be blind even after the man is found guilty?

“Everyone that came out and expressed themselves in whatever issue there is, they always show their personal interest in the individual or the person involved and they also give a point of view which is general and they would never go beyond that, he said”

On the professional front, Amitabh Bachchan was recently seen in Shoojit Sircar’s ‘Piku’ featuring Deepika Padukone and Irrfan Khan. The film was box office it and was appreciated by the audiences all over. Big B will also been in Bejoy Nambiar’s Wazir with Farhan Akhtar. The shooting of the movie went on floors on September last year.
