Bollywood’s veteran actor turned politician Hema Malini met with a car accident on Thursday night in Dausa, Rajasthan, where her car Mercedes Benz rammed an Alto car in which four injured and one 5-year-old girl died on the spot.
Hema Malini who was severely bleeding was rushed to Fortis Hospital in Jaipur. The 66-year-old actress received a stitch on her head and is reportedly fine now. Her driver is said to have suffered leg injuries. The mishap left four people severely injured while one 5-year-old girl died who were travelling in the Alto car.

1. Hema Malini who received a stitch on her head last night has gone under surgery and has got nasal fracture and Para nasal assimilation.
2. Reportedly, the actress will stay one more day in Fortis Hospital.

6. On Friday morning at 7:45am, Duasa police arrested the driver under section 304-A (Causing death due to negligence) of the Indian Penal Code(IPC) which is a bailable offense.
7. Hema Malini’s daughter Esha Deol has reached Rajasthan and visited Fortis hospital to meet her. Husband Dharmendra is yet to reach there.
8. There were five occupants in the car, 2 women, 2 children and a man in which one five year old girl died on the spot while others are getting treated at a hospital in Jaipur.
9. The accident occurred on the national highway 11 near Dausa, post 8:30 where her car Mercedes Benz rammed an Alto car in which four injured and one 5-year-old girl died on the spot.
