Only recently the much awaited trailer of Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt starrer Shaandaar released and audiences absolutely loved it. Queen director Vikas Bahl’s Shaandaar trailer looked every bit of “Shaandaar” and so did the stars.
After Student of the Year, we saw Alia Bhatt flaunting her perfectly toned figure in a pink bikini in Shaandaar’s trailer. The actress looks flawless in the scene and we couldn’t help but wonder what kind of work out routine she had to follow to get into the perfect bikini hot-bod shape. At the trailer launch of Shaandaar, Alia Bhatt was asked about her bikini shot and at what length she had to go with her training to get into the shape. “Shahid and I were both training very very hard. I was training of course for my Bikini shot, Shahid just like training hard in general. So we would go to the gym and train everyday and we both were on this particular diet and it was all very focused,” Alia revealed.

Then the actress went further on and said that her bikini shot wasn’t actually supposed to be an elaborate one. It was just supposed to be her in a bikini. The Highway actress smiled and said, “Actually my bikini shot wasn’t supposed to be such an elaborate show. It was just supposed to be me in a bikini. But I worked so hard, I pushed myself into it. Vikas said ‘acha abhi toh shot lena padega, le lete hai’.
Vikas Bahl’s Shaandaar looks nothing less than fairy tale romance saga with a desi touch. The story takes place in an exotic castle in Europe, where two biggest business families from India have gathered around for a business merger…. We mean, a big fat Indian “Shaandaar” wedding. In the film, Shahid plays the role of a hot wedding planner named Jagjinder Joginder, a doer by nature, whereas Alia Bhatt plays the role of a carefree and adorable character named Alia Arora, a dreamer by choice.
